Besorg dir ‘n MTB (ab 1200 gibts was gutes/brauchbares) und fahr jeden tag c.a. 10 kilometer damit.
Bald dürften es dann auch Offroad Strecken sein…
Schritt 2:
Nach einem Jahr Übung müsstest du Wheelies, Manuals(endo&surf), Bunnyhops etc. beherrschen.
Schritt 3:
Fahr deine täglichen 10 kilometer ab jetzt KOMPLETT auf Steigungen. Egal ob durch die Stadt(treppen gibts da genug) oder auf Trails
und bau dort die gelernten Tricks zum leichteren Vorrankommen ein.
